Cancellation Policy
We know things can arise so that's why we have a full refund policy for any reservations up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time. If you have to cancel for whatever reason between 12 hours and 1 hour prior to the reservation, a 50% charge will be applied. Anything less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled time will be 100% non-refundable.
